Appointments, cancellations and late arrivals
Appointments are booked through our online booking system or by phone. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may require a shortened or rescheduled appointment. Our current cancellation policy will be shared at booking and may include fees for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may change without notice. Your final cost depends on the treatment plan your provider recommends. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships and rewards
Memberships and rewards are managed through our membership app and are subject to the specific terms presented when you enroll, including billing, benefits and cancellation terms.
Gift cards
Gift cards are purchased through our online gift card provider. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
Refunds
Because treatments are personal medical services, payments for services rendered and products used are generally non-refundable. Please contact us with any concerns about your experience so we can work with you.
